A tradition meaning “Trust the Chef” in Japanese, Omakase is the spontaneous creation of a new menu of delights completely up to the chef’s culinary whim and sense of balance.

The 5-course Valentine’s Day Set Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm for THB 3,850++ per couple for food only or an additional THB 999++ for perfectly selected wine pairing per person.
Our 5-course La VIE en Rouge dinner has been prepared with extra care for the most romantic night of the year. Begin this tantalizing feast with a delectable amuse-bouche, enjoy a starter of Tuna Tartare, followed by a French Foie Gras Mousse, Beetroot Gelée and Pain d’Epices Toast. A fish dish continues the culinary pleasure with savoury Norwegian Salmon, which is followed by Duck Breast roasted to perfection with an Earl Gray Tea Infusion, Caramelized Apple and Dauphinoise Potatoes. Our Executive Chef has created a special Valentine’s Day dessert which is so indulgent you will fall in love all over again while sharing the sweetness, a delightful tribute to true love, served with gourmet coffee or tea.
