The convivial songs of the season, performed by our live 3-piece band, will keep the spirits high, accompanying a superb5-course Christmas Eve Dinnerwith every detail perfectly prepared.
This absolutely delectable French feast with a Japanese touch, created by our Japanese Executive Sous Chef Yuya Okuda, will feature a charming amuse-bouche to excite your palate, followed by a delicious selection of seafood dishes such as Japanese Oyster, Caviar, Tiger Prawn, Anglerfish Meunière and much more. A choice of main courses offers Lamb Loin with Foie Gras or Kagoshima Yellowtail, Salmon Roe and Bonito Stock “Chazuke”, while dessert is an irresistible creation of Chocolate, Raspberry and Beetroots.
