The restaurant’s extraordinarily skillful Master Sushi Chef serves the finest cuts of his high quality and well-sourced ingredients in a delightful a la carte menu and with his creative visions unleashed in our nightly YTSB Exclusive Omakase sessions, seating only ten persons every evening and offering a range of courses with the most delectable cuisine in the city.

Our Story

The Japanese word “omakase” translates as “I leave it to you” and implies trusting the chef’s own artistic whims to create dish after dish of delicious pleasure customized to each of his guest’s tastes.

In the relaxed and cozy, yet elegant, atmosphere of YTSB – Yellow Tail Sushi Bar, our extraordinarily talented our Master Sushi Chef honours the very highest traditions of Japanese culinary art during our nightly sessions of YTSB Exclusive Omakase, which seat only ten persons every evening.

Keen to enhance the enjoyment of every diner, the Chef is attentive to every nuance and even chatty while serving up an original and spontaneous menu of delights for every guest, with the freshest fish and the finest cuts of his high quality, well-sourced and imported ingredients — complemented by a wide range of top sakes, including some rarely found brands.
