VIE Wine & Grill serves a lavish grand breakfast, the business-oriented VIE Set Lunch, the relaxing VIE Lazy Sunday Brunch and the well-known Buffet Dinner.

Featuring both exotic Asian cuisine and international favourites, the buffet tables include a large variety of appetisers, soups, crisp salads, imported cheeses and an assortment of cold cuts. Also on offer is a selection of Pacific Oyster, Chilean King Crab, New Zealand Mussel, fresh Sea Scallop, premium quality Australian Wagyu Beef, Veal Tenderloin, and succulent lamb served with a choice of Café De Paris, Red Wine, Béarnaise, horseradish and cream sauces. Dessert lovers will also love the homemade ice cream and the spectacular array of traditional French pastries.

WINES APPRECIATION
The Wine Trolley is a newly introduced concept of wines appreciation. Made with high quality of wood and other materials in a similar shape of wine barrel, holding an assortment of wines, it has a cooling bucket in the middle to hold the bubbly. Our connoisseurs will only select the best complement to the wide variety of dishes available at the buffet, allowing guests to taste quality wines and sample the variance of wines by the glass.
