VIE Wine & Grill serves a lavish grand breakfast, the sumptuous VIE Luncheon, the relaxing VIE Lazy Sunday Brunch, the well known Buffet Dinner, and a generous a la carte menu.
Introducing the all-new a la carte menu at VIE Wine & Grill. Designed by our French executive sous chef, the menu includes a wide variety of traditional French dishes that compliment each other. Our head chef, who recently completed a workshop with the legendary Marco Pierre White, adds a modern twist with some signature culinary creations.

SUMPTUOUS BUFFET DINNER
Featuring both exotic Asian cuisine and international favourites, the buffet tables include a large variety of appetisers, soups, crisp salads, imported cheeses and an assortment of cold cuts. Also on offer is a selection of Pacific Oyster, Chilean King Crab, New Zealand Mussel, fresh Sea Scallop, premium quality Australian Wagyu Beef, Veal Tenderloin, and succulent lamb served with a choice of Café De Paris, Red Wine, Béarnaise, horseradish and cream sauces. Dessert lovers will also love the homemade ice cream and the spectacular array of traditional French pastries.

WINES APPRECIATION
The Wine Trolley is a newly introduced concept of wines appreciation. Made with high quality of wood and other materials in a similar shape of wine barrel, holding an assortment of wines, it has a cooling bucket in the middle to hold the bubbly. Our connoisseurs will only select the best complement to the wide variety of dishes available at the buffet, allowing guests to taste quality wines and sample the variance of wines by the glass.

VIE Luncheon
Every Monday to Saturday, enhance your meetings or take a break with our spectacular lunch buffet. It features both exotic Asian cuisine and international favourites that include a large variety of appetisers, soups, crisp salads, imported cheeses and an assortment of cold cuts.

Excellent food is combined with a stylish setting and fun activities for the children. The celebration begins with a mouth-watering array of local and international gourmet temptations, including a delightful abundance of fresh seafood, slow roasted premium beef, pan-fried foie gras, fresh oysters, a cheese corner, and all your favourite pasta, to name just a few! To finish off the feast, we offer a great selection of delicious desserts, such as our premium Belgian chocolate fountain, chocolate brownies and irresistible ice-creams.
Youngsters only are welcome to the exclusive “Adult Free Zone”, filled with delicious dishes to excite and delight.
