Every Tuesday at 10:00 hours, the award-winning VIE Hotel Bangkok’s gifted team of chefs will host an energetic and educational cooking class. On the day the fun begins with an original market tour with rides on the unambiguous tuk-tuk, to get everyone in the mood. Then continue with a hands-on class that includes a selection of your favourite Thai recipes. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere of VIE Mezzanine, you’ll cook a meal under the supervision and guidance of our professional chef’s. The class also come with a complimentary apron, a professional chef’s hat, a VIE cooking class certificate, as well as the delicious lunch cooked by you!
The delicious dishes include salads/soups, main dishes and desserts. Participants in the class can choose from a wide selection of popular dishes, including Som Tum, the popular papaya salad, Tom Yum, a spicy seafood soup, and local favourite Pad Thai, noodles with shrimps.
