1 Day Only, New Michelin Star Chef Dinner
Travelling by invitation directly after the announcement of Michelin Star 2013, Chef Sylvain Sendra of Itineraires restaurant in Paris prepares his Modern Bistro Fine Dining, described as "a great snap shot of the best of contemporary French bistro cooking" for 1 night only at V Villas Hua Hin.
The 6-course dinner presents a selection of his signature dishes, fresh and homemade by his own team.
