In VIE Hotel Bangok’s stylish but comfy La VIE – Creative French Cuisine restaurant, you can discover a series of Michelin-starred chefs throughout the year. Now hosting a Michelin chef in Bangkok means he will usually visit for three or four days, preparing gorgeous dinners, and sometimes lunches. These are exclusive reservations-only affairs and it is wise to make your booking ahead of time for the date you prefer. However, if you are very fortunate, you still might get a seat up until the last moment — and the feast will certainly be worth the effort to find your Michelin chef in Bangkok!

 

When you consider the line-up of this year alone, the imagination takes flight to a culinary world of delicious magic. For instance, at the end of November 2017, the restaurant hosts 3-Michelin Star Chef Emmanuel Renaut, chef and owner of Flocons de Sel restaurant in the French Alps. Before that, in September, 2-Michelin Star Chef Stéphane Buron was in La VIE for a few days, reprising his visit in May and back by popular demand. At the beginning of the year, 2-Michelin Star Chef Franck Putelat brought his touch of excellence to the restaurant. The list goes on, so get your calendar in order for delight!
