Now hosting a Michelin chef in Bangkok means he will usually visit for three or four days, preparing gorgeous dinners, and sometimes lunches. These are exclusive reservations-only affairs and it is wise to make your booking ahead of time for the date you prefer. When you consider the line-up of this year alone, the imagination takes flight to a culinary world of delicious magic. Before that, in September, 2-Michelin Star Chef Stéphane Buron was in La VIE for a few days, reprising his visit in May and back by popular demand.
